Official School Timings

Delhi Public School Pupri operates under two seasonal schedules to maximize student comfort and safety during varying climatic seasons:

1st March to 31st October

07:30 AM – 01:30 PM

Assembly commences punctually at 7:35 AM.

Winter Timings

1st November to 31st March

08:30 AM – 02:30 PM

Assembly commences punctually at 8:35 AM.

11 Core Code of Conduct Rules

All enrolled students must strictly adhere to the following 11 institutional regulations on campus, during transit, and in official school functions:

1. Care of School Property: Students are expected to take utmost care of school property, furniture, laboratory apparatus, and library books as their own. Willful damage entails full restitution.

2. Mandatory English Conversation: To cultivate natural fluency and confidence in English language expression, conversation in English is mandatory for all students on campus.

3. No Gifts to Teachers: Parents and students shall not offer any gifts in whatsoever form to teaching faculty or staff members.

4. Exemplary Conduct in Transit: Misbehavior inside the school premises or during school bus journeys is a severe punishable offense. Attendants and drivers must be treated with respect.

5. Zero Tolerance for Intoxicants: Smoking, tobacco, drugs, or physical infighting/group clashes result in immediate expulsion from the institution without exception.

6. Care of Personal Belongings: While on campus, students are responsible for safeguarding their bags, geometry sets, and books. Wearing expensive jewelry or carrying large cash is forbidden.

7. Health & Fitness Certificates: Students recovering from contagious illnesses (chickenpox, viral conjunctivitis, etc.) must furnish a formal medical fitness certificate before rejoining classes.

8. Examination Integrity: Cheating, copying, or malpractice during periodic assessments or terminal exams leads to immediate paper cancellation and disciplinary suspension.

9. No Motorized Vehicles by Students: Driving motorbikes, scooters, or cars by students to school is strictly prohibited under traffic safety laws.

10. Prohibition of Electronic Gadgets: Mobile phones, gaming consoles, smartwatches with SIM, and music players are prohibited. Confiscated items are permanently impounded by school authority.

11. Punctuality & Decorum: Students must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to morning assembly in clean, crisp, prescribed institutional uniform.

Uniform Specifications & 75% Attendance Rule

👔 Dress Code & Grooming

Students must wear the official DPS Pupri uniform with pride. All students are required to wear their laminated Student Identity Card daily. Hair must be neatly groomed, and nails kept trimmed and clean.

📅 Attendance Requirement

Under CBSE regulations, a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory across the academic session to be eligible for promotion to the next higher grade or to appear for CBSE Board Examinations.
